The impressive AB1 model of McCallum Highland Bagpipe is made from African Blackwood, which undoubtedly is the most favoured choice of bagpipe throughout the piping community. African Blackwood definitely provides the instrument with stable but warm and rich tone. The AB1 model boasts both African Blackwood and of course plain alloy.
